The Office (US)
Entered into the hallowed book by mainlygenericI started watching it with an optimistic mind. But no doubt, if you've watched the original series then you'll be disappointed. The boss is decent, same with the receptionist, and the US alternatives to Tim and Gareth. It's just not as funny as the original, with everything seeming more forced. I mean, the jello joke is funny, but not twice in one episode funny.

Seriously? As a strong supporter of british comedy, I can honestly say I thought the american version was MUCH funnier. I actually thought the original "The Office" was so bad that I could barely stomach watching it. This one is so good I feel bad that my new shift has caused me to miss it.
I became a fan of the original after seeing the US version and wondering WHY anyone would want to watch it???
Then I was shown the original and laughed until the tears would lno longer flow.
